Joint operation with West Yorkshire Police

SNT North Acton worked in collaboration with West Yorkshire Police in relation to a suspect who was wanted for multiple criminal offences, including:

Section 25 of the Immigration Act 1971 – Assisting unlawful immigration

Possession with intent to supply a controlled drug (Class B – cannabis)

Possession/control of false identity documents with intent

Section 327 of the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) – Concealing, disguising, converting, transferring, or removing criminal property

After conducting checks at several addresses, the suspect was eventually located, arrested, and subsequently charged.
